This oil painting for a cat whom i believe resembles Vicky our cat so much, sadly we had to give her up for some people for hygienic reasons:( i don't love cats, but Maha my younger sister does, she drew that picture, memo Ur so talented mwah:):)

hey pinky :) Vicky is so magnificent, I like the way Maha created a sense of melancholy with Vicky’s eyes, yet Vicky’s expressionless (maybe it’s her Elegance). Combination of sadness expressed in Vicky’s eyes and her detachment towards anyone or anyone’s feelings, gives the painting great sorrow. Maybe its the guilt of leaving Vicky behind (reasons beyond her control) that made the painter drew Vicky in a way that when she see's Vicky’s (painting) she feels heartbroken, a way of hurting herself for departing with a close companion who she loved dearly. This is reflected with her choice of backgrounds, which resembles the bark of a tree, cold and hard. But trees stand strong through all weather and have firm rootings.even if a branch breaks the tree starts to heal. Some people etch there lovers name on trees to show there love is eternal Maha symbolically etched Vickys painting on a tree for the same reason. give my regards to talented Maha, loveeee the painting and i love someone else ;)......
